Huachen Yumin Automated Stamping Production Line

The workstation is a robotic flexible automatic stamping system designed and developed for Huachen Yumin. It can realize the collaborative work of the entire production line (including punching machine, robot, conveyor line, inspection system, monitoring system mold cleaning, waste cleaning, etc.) to achieve high-speed flow and rollover of products. The rapid positioning of the position, stamping conveyance, probe detection and other processes realize the real-time response of the whole process, automatic identification, automatic stamping, automatic chip removal and other functions to ensure continuous production for 24 hours. The realization of integrated unmanned operation greatly improves the production efficiency, and because there is no human factor, the product qualification rate is extremely high, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the enterprise. In 2017, it won the third prize of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and became the Key funding projects  of the Science and Technology  Department  of Hebei Province.
